ADDITIONAL FEES:
$5 will be added for each additional pet, on each visit. Also, $5 will be added to each visit if you live more than 5 miles away from Ocean Grove or $10 will be added to each visit if you live 10 miles or more from Ocean Grove.
OVERNIGHT CARE:
$90 per night (I arrive around 10pm & leave around 8am).
INCLUDES: Walks/Feedings/Medicine/Fresh Water Change/And all the belly rubs I can give:)
CAT SITTING:
$15 per visit
(Visit is about 10 Minutes long…if you would like me to stay longer to give your kitty some extra loving, than please refer to the dog walking prices listed above for different lengths of time)
Each Visit Includes: feedings, litter change, fresh water change, hair ball cleanup, administer meds, mail retrieval, water plants, etc.

Q. If I’m interested in your services, what should I do?
A. First, please call or text me (texting is easier for me…please understand this is not a desk job, so I may not be able to get back to you right away) & we’ll discuss your needs & set up your FREE Meet & Greet consultation! Then, if needed, we can schedule a practice visit to see how your pet does for their first time with me! And after that, just text me when you need to schedule a visit! It’s that easy!
Q. What is the “Meet & Greet”?
A. It is a time we plan to meet at your house so I can meet your pet(s) & you can show me around! Please also have ready the way I will be entering your home (i.e. key or code). I’ll also ask a series of basic health & personality questions about your pet. I can also show you my insurance certificate, background check & other credentials. A meet & greet usually takes about 15-30 minutes & is FREE.
Q. Do you have Terms & Conditions?
A. Yes, please understand my time is money so there will be fees added for certain situations. Please make sure you know what I charge extra for. You can find out what these extra fees are under “ADDITIONAL FEES” further up on this page
Q. What paperwork is needed during the “Meet & Greet”?
A. Normally I would like to see that your pet is up-to-date with their shots (mainly rabies),
& I will also need your pet’s basic vet info & if your pet is licensed with your town.
Q. What type of payments do you accept?
A. I take Cash - Checks - Credit Cards (Extra Fees Apply) - Venmo - PayPal
Q. When do I pay?
A. Whenever you feel comfortable paying! Some like to pay beforehand & make sure to book me for those dates & some people like to wait till I have completed all my visits. It’s completely up to you. But please understand, you will have to put down a deposit if you need my services for more then 2 full days & there is also a late fee that will be applied if to much time goes by after I have completed my visits. And if you don’t ever pay, I will not return to visit your pet the next time you need me, till the debt has been paid in full.
Q. Do you charge more money on Holidays?
A. Yes, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter & 4th Of July cost double the price of the visit...so a normal $15 Visit will cost $30. Other holidays like St. Packricks Day, Labor Day, Halloween etc will be at the normal price.
Q. How do I know I can trust you?
A. This is a good question & sometimes the reason people don’t get a dog walker & I completely understand your concern! I wouldn’t want a stranger in my house either! But I’m sure as soon as you meet me, you will feel at ease & instantly know you can trust me! Plus, you’ll know it’s just me coming to your house & not a different inexperienced teenager every time, like a lot of companies do now-a-days! I am very hard working & my reputation is everything to me! Plus, I have many references I can share with you!
Q. What if I need a specific day & time?
A. More then likely I can accommodate your needs!! Even in a bind! I am on call 7 days a week, all year round! Obviously, I do take vacation and random days off here & there (usually a Saturday &/or Sunday) but I really try to work around my customer’s needs first!
Q. How do I know how each walk/visit went?
A. I send a text with an update on how our visit went & if your pet(s) did #1, #2 or both. I also usually take photos & you can request a time stamp screenshot of those photos so you know I was there & at what time!
Q. What if my pet gets hurt while in your care or you get hurt or what if someone else or someone else’s dog get hurt because of my dog?
A. Kekepania Pet Services is fully insured through Pet Sitters Associates!! So you never have to worry!! I am also fully trained to handle even the most difficult situations! I have over 25 years experience handling dogs & even horses! And I’m even certified for Pet CPR through the Red Cross! I also carry a 1st Aid Kit in my car!!
Q. Are your rates low or expensive compared to other dog walkers?
A. That's a good question!! My rates are on the high competitive side! I definitely have seen other businesses charge more then me but I feel offer less quality services than I do. First, I’m usually always available & it’s me & only me coming to your home!! Second, I’m also very experienced with this business, with 15 years under my belt & I’m extremely knowledgeable about animals, working with dogs cats horses and more for over 25 years & most importantly, I am insured! That cheaper dog walker may not have dog walking insurance & also may not even be certified for pet CPR either!! So ask yourself what is important? Peace of mind or a little savings?
Q. What happens if it rains or snows?
A. Most of the time the weather is fine. But when it does rain or snow I’ll be there, unless you decide to cancel! I will also dry your Pet off & clean their paws! In severe weather, the walk may be cut short, if it’s a longer one. And please know, there will be no refunds or price adjustments for the shorter visit but I’ll try to make up that lost time on my next visit(s), if possible. Please remember, I am out in that weather so please be courteous. But I will “always” make sure your pet is taken care of, especially if you are away & out of town! I will also be in constant communication with you!
Q. What if I need to Cancel a visit?
A. Please contact me ASAP!! If you give me at least a 12 hours notice, there is no fee! However, a cancelation with less then 12 hour notice will have a $10 fee. If I show up to do the scheduled visit & then you cancel, you will still be charged for that visit!
Q. How often should my dog go for a walk & be let out?
A. This all depends on your dog's breed, age, health & weight...but mostly, the average dog should be let out every 4-8 Hours, with the overnight possibly being a little longer. The larger the dog, the longer it can wait (if healthy & not a puppy or senior)
Q. What if my dog doesn't really know how to walk on a leash or is a puller?
A. I am very experienced with walking newbies & pullers:) Q. Are you a dog trainer?
A. No!! I am not a dog trainer!! I am a dog walker! However, I can help with most situations. I do have experience with training dogs but I am not certified. So in extreme cases, I advise finding a professional dog trainer & with the help from both of us your dog will be on the path to becoming a healthy fun & loving companion!!
Q. Do you let dogs stay at your house?
A. No! I do not offer boarding but do offer overnight stays, where I stay at your house overnight! And in my opinion, this is the ultimate best scenario for your pet(s)!! Bringing a pet to a boarding facility is extremely risky! Your pet(s) could suffer from anxiety, not knowing what happened to you! This is especially scary for rescued dogs! And it is risky health wise! Kennel cough runs rapid through pet hotels & kennels! So please be cautious when going this route.
Q. What if my pet has special needs or has anxiety issues?
A. Obviously please let me know of any special needs, anxiety &/or medical concerns your pet(s) have!! This will help me tremendousl!! I will work with you & your pet to ensure his comfort & saftey level is high! I also have administered all type of medications from pill pockets to insulin shots! So if you need me to do a little extra, I’m happy to
Q. What if I'm not sure how my dog will act when you come for the first time?
A. If you have any worry about this please let me know & we can schedule some practice visits before the actual start of the real visits. FYI, each practice visit cost $15 & is about 10 minutes long.
